Re: Mike.....
.....I never thought about something in the chair to make me higher. My Son will figure that one out after I tell him. Or perhaps I have something around here already. Thanks for responding.

Re: Kabu.....
I have never been one to give up and I am not afraid of working on what is needed. I started right away working on the effected left side with excercises to bring use up to same level as right side. And already responding. Even after only two weeks I can tell movements are more normal for me. I do tire quickly so I rest and then begin again.

We are all rooting for your success. I imagine you've seen a lot as a nurse. Ask the Lord to give you the answers you need. With Technology now, there have got to be some things to assist you. The first thing I would get is a cherry picker. It would allow you to reach your shelves from your wheelchair, and you could put something in your chair to make yourself taller. I know you and your family will figure it out. You can do it.

and I am confident that if you keep working at it all and with our🙏 you will get stronger. Don't know how much strength you will get in that one side but I keep praying.

Re: Sherri.....
.....Sorry about the aches and pains. I don't know why, but I had more aches and pains in my twenties and thirties and forties than I do now. Now I am just tired. LOL

Mobility is everything for any age. Living with aches and pains as I do, I hope that I can still get around easily when I am in my 80s.
