Re: Dear Brother Aba
I do so enjoy your blog and visit every chance I get. Do enjoy you stay here in the US. Welcome. You and your family should have a marvelous time. We are okay. Battling each health obstacle as it comes and very thankful to have the chance to do so. Prayer and positivity help. I may write a post about it but it gets old for folks to read about illnesses, everyone has sonething that’s a challenge. 🌹😀💐

Welcome aboard, BearcatMike,
Your first and the last experience !
Well, you did experience something you couldn’t much expect, or better still, decipher whether positive or negative, in that program. Had you continued, you would probably be describing something different in your experience. Meditation is blanking the mind from its impurities. And, this emptying slowly and gradually becomes the nature of your mind. Calm, serene, not reacting — bringing the mind to a state of perfect equanimity. Wish you the best with this practice. And thanks a ton for taking time to read. 💥

Thanks, dear C C T,
I think better than theoretical, it is thoroughly practical. One of the finest in keeping depression at bay. And, combined with yoga, it has a marvellous effect on proper breathing, Distractions are necessary ingredients for bringing about a peace and calm to the ‘outgoing’ tendencies of the mind. You have touched various points, and I appreciate such doubts and queries for clarification, and I tell you from my own experiences. Thanks, buddy.🪭

Re: Hi Sherri G,
Meditation and its practice do act positively on your immune system. Lots of scientific experiments are now going on, and the results are amazing. Like panacea it clears all the dirt that gets accumulated in one’s mind. Makes you feel light and exuberant. The benefits are innumerable when, over time if practised regularly. Keeps you young and the mind functions in perfect order. 😅

Wow, this is probably the most intensive explanation of yoga I have ever read. A couple of years ago, I attended a program called Genesis, and it stirred up some things in my soul that I didn't know were there. That was really the first and last time I tapped into meditation.

A pity you cannot explain this to more people. It might solve early depression. Probably much harder to do than it was , so many distractions Also the mindset has changed dramatically. Interesting theory.

I have heard that meditation and yoga are good for the mind, body, and soul. Practicing meditation can make you happier, and it can improve your immune system.
