Wow, this is probably the most intensive explanation of yoga I have ever read. A couple of years ago, I attended a program called Genesis, and it stirred up some things in my soul that I didn't know were there. That was really the first and last time I tapped into meditation.

A pity you cannot explain this to more people. It might solve early depression. Probably much harder to do than it was , so many distractions Also the mindset has changed dramatically. Interesting theory.

I have heard that meditation and yoga are good for the mind, body, and soul. Practicing meditation can make you happier, and it can improve your immune system. Open-mouthed smile
