Yes It is annoying when one has to cut back on things. Be most careful not to fall I wear so called hip protectors but I have not experimented on their ability. Fortunately I have only fallen a couple of times but it was on soft ground. I keep getting grumbled at for not using a stick outside. Archie had a bit of a stroke a few months ago . He is alright again now apart from being a bit narky. 🌺🌺

.....I have just been enjoying the beautiful sunshine, Green trees, birds in the garden below and reading with my feet up in my recliner that I cannot get out of if I sit in it right... I really do need to get to working. Everything takes so long now and such a different way of doing. Two of my bigger plants are laughing at my efforts and throwing spit-balls (wrinkled up dried leaves) on the floor because they want to be watered.

You know the old saying, Taps: Getting old is not for sissies. One day at a time, one foot in front of the other. Having the grabber and walker to help you get around and take care of yourself seems like a great idea to me. 🙏
