Re: Pat
Well Pat I did cut a lettuce today . It is strange really it was quite hot here today Years since the roads would have been clogged with ice . Stores have their tender bedding plants for sale. Pity the buyer.🌺

Re: Good morning Sherri
Well Sherri I have plenty of space but not the strength to cultivate it all .I don't know if your potato price is expensive if you can rub the skins off, not so dusty.🦋

Re: KabU
Well we supposedly plant potatoes on Good Friday. I suppose it was when men had a day off in the old times. I am afraid pains come with the package as one hits the eighties. If I carry heavy buckets my ankles and feet hurt on the next day. Once I would carry ten gallons of paraffin in each hand. What a silly billy. 🌺🌺

Re: Chiff Chaff....
Well don't give up Taps it is nice to look at new life sprouting. Once folk used to put a sugar solution with a nob of yeast in a jar in the window it looked like a worm going up and down..🌺

Chiff Chaff....
......If my survival depended on what I grow, I would be a sorry mess. I have a window sill coffee cup garden. At the moment two have carrot greens about eight inches high, one has celery greens, one has lemon tree seeds sprouting, one has garlic and one has green onions.

baby new potatoes that really are just that. haven't had one for years. maybe I should put some into a pot myself. I won't get much gardening done this year, not if my back keeps hurting like this; and paying someone to grow garden for me, just isn't the same. I am not the person to reply to praise by saying in an upper class voice," oh yes, Jeeves is a most clever fellow."

I love those baby potatoes. The red and yellow varieties are available in my local stores, and they are expensive. A 3-pound bag costs $6.00. I would grow them myself, but my yard space has become limited due to the hundreds of other things I grow. 🌷🍅🌼🌻🌶🌺

Good Morning
I think your potatoes sound delicious! I think you are going to have a very fruitful season. When I went to my hearing doctor, I discovered he sells his honey. I bought a jar and it's delicious. When I go to my next appointment, I'm going to buy another jar. I hope you have a good weekend.

You appear to be on your way to a very busy spring season, and plenty of salads.
