Great post! I agree with you about being as old (or young) as you feel. Laughter is a great eraser of age. Glad you had a good time watching the movie.

I remember looking at old people when I was a teenager thinking I would never act like that, and by old people, I mean the forty-somethings. After I turned 40, I remember thinking that people in their 60s were old "fuddy duddies," but here I am rocking it. Aging certainly is a learning experience that most people don't get until they are there themselves. Old people have been there and done that, and in my opinion, this is why we should pay attention to the advice the older generation passes down to us.

Not all old people are "old" in their thinking. They see what's what in the world around them, they get it that younger on the lower rungs of life's ladder have beliefs not yet tested by time. And some are wiser than I and keep their opinions to themselves rather than step on the very toes they were trying to help.

Your Son probably enjoys seeing you enjoying yourself. He is a good old boy. I was talking to a woman near your age. She actually said her son's never visit visit her. 🌺🌺
