Re: Pat
Yes they like to get one over the other sibling. Nature I suppose. Best of friends eventually one hopes. 🌺

Re: Sherri
I have a dozen tomato plants about four inches high Archie said they look leggy but I'll plant them a bit deeper I am, sure they will be O.K. I usually plant about thirty in a greenhouse of course but I cannot keep giving them away . Cutting down on the work.

Re: BearcatMike
Lo, well I used to be a grower so I have had experience. I do try to get the heavy digging done by younger men.😊

Re: Kabu
Yes I felt like that at your age dear. You could try a raised garden.🌺

I doubt if I will be planting anything this spring and summer. my back is way too bad bending over to do for Jim is all I can manage but lots of things come back each year so there will be some joy around.

I am not much of a gardener. I just like to eat the veggies. My mom was good at planting tomatoes anywhere. Sounds like you have been truly busy. Happy Springtime.

It appears you have your work cut out for you and your brother. You will have veggies growing in no time. 🍆 🥕 I can't wait to plant tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, and herbs. 🍅 It is the highlight of my summer to have fresh veggies available. I would love to grow corn, but I lack space for it. I have never understood why the flower pot makers make the pots without drainage holes. Dumb, dumb, dumb. Enjoy your day out in the sun.

Your interactions with your brother - like when "your" dinner fell to the floor as he was dishing up - reminds me so much of how it was with my sibs. Also, between my sons Russ and Rich, who are very close in age.
