I like Sherri's advice. Taking a tumble because of dizziness could put you at risk. Good to see in your comment that you're up and attum this morning.

It sounds serious. Stabbing pains, especially to the head can't be good. A sudden, severe sharp pain in your head could be the first sign of a brain aneurysm. You better get that checked ASAP! It's better to be safe than sorry. Saying a prayer for you. 🙏
