Good for you, I like to go back occasionally I wish I could remember sucking a dummy.🌺

My childhood memories are so full of books, spending hours kneeling by my bed reading from little golden Books before school age to Dickens as I began to grow up. I often had to be dragged crying from my bedroom to get outside and be a bit physical. I was also given outside jobs to do as being part of the family we were taught to contribute but behind my jobs was the sneaky idea that I was outside and physical.Â

.......I am also fortunate to be able to remember all of the things I do from my childhood. It is also fun to have Sis nearby as we have so much fun reminiscing.Â

What a lovely memory and wonderful book to come across. I still enjoy reading a good fairytale.

Things like this from childhood are indelible in our memory, early lessons learned. You were lucky to have such a good dad.Â
