Re: anib, it is called dredging when dipped in flour, eggs, and breading.
Double dredging adds to the crunchy coating.

Hello Sherri,
I am a zero when it comes to coocking. But the way and the ingredients you describe, some of them I’m not familiar with, and the deep crunchy fried chicken you make sounds fascinating to me. Yummy🤤it must be.

Lord, but that does sound good, though I nearly never make it. My parents each had their own recipe for it and each was good, though different. Enjoy!
