You are closer to the Great Lakes than we are, so it is naturally colder this time of year. It will be 60 degrees today in Pittsburgh, but the warm weather comes with rain. The temperatures will drop to the mid-20s on Thursday, but no rain or snow is expected. I am thankful for the warm weather right now since we have plenty of running around to do. I'm sure that Sadie will love her dinosaur toy. My girls get their pets Christmas toys and treats every year. My raccoons and other woodland creatures will get sweet treats, nuts, and corn, and my feathered friends will be spoiled by a hanging hot pepper suet and black oil seeds. 🦝🐦🌰

The weather here is very much like that in your hometown. Chilly now with snow predicted for later this week. Today's the day I take the trash bins to the curb, tomorrow's the day the trucks come by and empty them. I hope they are ready for me to return to their niche by the back porch before the snow arrives. Enjoy your decorating day.
