Yes it is sad to lose a friend especially if one loved them of course being old I have loved and lost quite a number. Even those who have sadly not been able to exist because life has been too painful for them. Perhaps rarely I could have been more supportive, but nothing is the same at the time as one wishes it to be. Although they are all in my mind and always will be. Take care 🌺
