That was a sad ending for the dog. Animals are not fans of fireworks for obvious reasons. As I get older I am finding them to be highly annoying. 😠

I really hope it was an accident, rather than negligence,  that the dog was anywhere where he COULD run away in the first place. The warning about animals' reactions with fireworks is well publicized and has been for years.

That is awful about the dog. I feel so sad. I was always careful of Pets when we used to do fireworks.

That is a shame about the dog. Pets are one of the reasons I feel that people should not set fireworks off.

Good Morning

We've made it to Monday and by the end of the week we may get snow.  I'm not ready for that yet.  My son-in-law gave me some Australian wine on Saturday with our spaghetti and it was very good.  I hope you have a good week.

Re: Pat

I think one of the problems is that ours will be closer to local folk and considered an eyesore and I expect folk think that it will lower the price of their houses and I suspect some wonder if they might be not good for ones health. No one likes to look out of the window and see acres of metal. Everyone likes things to stay as they are.

Of course the companies do not want to have to send power from far away when customers are on the doorstep as it were/.🌺

I think solar farms are a good idea. Especially if they can be designed to allow for planting food crops as well. Using sunlight to charge batteries and supply electrical power for our homes seems like a remedy for burning coal and heating up the atmosphere with gases. We really can't handle another degree or two of global warming.

CCT.....

.....As I mentioned to Slam, "time and chance happen to us all".   It is sad that you can no longer wolf-whistle at the old ladies and that the poor doggie is dead.  It is a very gray day today with rain tapping on the windows and the wind blowing the final leaves off of the trees.
