Re: Good afternoon Sherri

Sherri I bought 6 bottles of Olive oil. I have consumed one bottle and I think I must  have lost a lot of weight. Perhaps things slip through quicker. It does not seem very appealing when I look at the bottle in the morning and it makes me cough. This oil supposedly comes from Olives grown in the volcanic soil of an old volcano, it is light, but what one must do to be fashionable.

Re: FS

Re: Kabu

Well your money would not go far now once one could buy a lardy for a penny, now a pound goodness it might be ten pounds for a full size one. Services are the worst.

During the Covid outbreak I was told that the poor little coloured nurses were the most affected in Hospitals I suppose the Brits may have had a bit more immunity.

Re: Pat

Yes Pat I remember once as a boy, being silly, a woman ordered a Chamber pot and I put one on my head and walked up the road to her house.I don't think she was amused🌺

I'm still stuck on the image of a square bus with chamber pots on top... So spoiled by flush toilets most of my life, that service your family provided was unimaginable.  Don't wear yourself out lifting all that heavy stuff - but thank heavens you could if you wanted to.

How the World has changed in our life times. yours more than mine for you think at nearly 80 I am still a kid. I loved England so much in the 60's but the Stirling was worth so much more than the Australian pound, our money didn't go far even then.

It’s always nice to get a bit of extra cash. Plus it will free up room. Yes, the costs of care are high and it’s a shame. As for your Morris van, thanks for the picture of how things used to be. 😃🌹

This is great news! Money lining the pockets is always a good thing to have when the belly gets hungry.  Regular smile
