I do like to get my toenails cut occasionally at the Health Centre because they break open

a new pack of sterilized instruments each time.  🌺

I'm glad that hypodermic needles are no longer reused. Medicine has come a long, long way.

Re: Kabu

I loved the little old people (like I am now) and loved working with them, it was kind of my specialty.  In them I saw my own two grandma's that I loved.

Very interesting read here love. I was some years behind you with my career but I am betting I would find myself lost if I was able to go back.  I still miss my career though, and yes I valued myself and accepted my pay gratefully but nursing was never about my pay. it was the happiest time of my life, I felt I was making a difference and helping people to optimal wellness.

Congrats on getting your flu shot. I think your stories of nursing and your pre-nursing days would make an excellent book.

Good for you. I hope you do go on and on with your history of shots, medicine, and nursing procedures. It is informative. I had to get a TB shot back when I applied for a job on the Naval base in Nevada. I do believe people should be checked for contagious diseases considering that an infected person could pass it on and possibly kill someone. Enjoy your day. Regular smile
