I have simply added to it over the years. She is the queen of soups, crockpot dinners, and skillet surprise creations.

Sherri - Hello!
You really should think about doing a video podcast on Spotify or YouTube. Your roast sounds great. I used to cook many things as well. I won't say I was a gourmet cook but it was very edible food. I had never thought to use Stock in my roasts in the crockpot. Thank you. This recipe is simple and quick yet contains many flavors.Â
