Well let me quickly examine you. Yes, no fee. I suggest you take a couple of spoonfuls

of Olive oil in the morning like I do./ Well since I started doing it I have lost weight.

I was heavier than my brother and now I am lighter. Eeek!

Yes, the perils are around us. One has to be careful. We all wear wide belts to keep the 

spine from twisting or for confidence building.  I see you struggling down the stairs.

Well, to be honest,I forgot again today. I thought B. it and then I pulled a dish off a low roof

it was filled with musky water it soaked my trousers so it was back to the shaving cream as in the excitement I forgot the soap again. I was afraid the water held the bird flue virus and I do keep going tweet, tweet, coo! 😊

You simply must get some soap for your showers.  You will smell as fresh as a daisy on a summer day.  I hope you have a good week.

I obviously should be slimmer and much more fit than I am for like Pat. doing a couple of chores in a day wears me out.

I just wish I had your energy... It's getting so going up and down the steps to take the trash to the bin is a day's work for this old gal.  I'm enjoying the mental image of someone lathered up with shaving cream under the shower. You must be squeaky clean by now.  πŸšΏ

CCT.....You sound really up and attum today.  I'm having kind of a slow start this morning.  My nose keeps running and I have to keep blowing.  I think it must be the weather changes working on me.
