I just cannot abide spiders. It is a phobia, had it always. But I can enjoy seeing a fly caught in a web and I value spiders just don't want them near me.

Good Morning
Oh my! I hope the butterflies are safe from the spiders. I enjoy seeing them flying around the yard. They are beautiful! I always wondered why the butterflies have so many different colors.

All God’s Creatures… some I like better than others. Spiders aren’t up there but they are necessary for balance in the ecosystem. Ii saw a bird eat a butterfly. It was not fun for me but birdie enjoyed it.

Good afternoon
Oh, what a tangled web Spider has weaved. Poor fly probably didn't even see it coming. Oh, well, that is one less pest to worry about. As for the lovely butterflies, they are one of my favorite flying creatures. 🦋

I love the butterflies and hardly saw more than a couple this year. They can't fly all the way in one year. The Canadian Monarchs fly to the Eastern borders with the USA where they winter and lay their eggs. The next summer those fly South but not all the way. it takes several generations to Gather in There destination in the South. How they know where to go is beyond me.
