Good afternoon
Nice scenic drive. I have heard that Estes Park is gorgeous. A sore knee does put a damper on things. For me, it is the left knee. Since I started taking Quercetin with Stinging Nettle the pain has subsided. I'll have to remember your exercise tip.

Re: Kabu,
Have you looked into 'chair yoga'? That might be just the thing for you!

Re: Pat_B,
The landslides were the week after our visit. The area has had more than normal rainfall all summer, I heard, and the hillside above the town is very steep with a lot of houses built on it.

Re: CCT,
After all the walking I did from Seattle to Alaska and back, I'm in better shape than sitting at home most of the day, and I will try to keep that up, but the knee is questioning that notion. I have stairs in my split-level house but probably won't use them much today!

My knees are fine but I may do that exercise cos I don't walk much and am trying to do as many passive exercises as I can. My back which has plagued me all my life just hurts too much to go far.

I would love to see that rain forest. I know it was beautiful. There was news of weather troubles and landslides near Ketchikan - if you missed them, lucky you. Hope your day is tranquil.

Good idea got to look after the knee. It is said that when elderly people move from a house
to a bungalow that they develop what is called bungalow knees. Of course if they have a stair lift that is debatable.
