kida here went back to school and it is a heat wave. it always seems to create a heat wave when they have to go back to school.

The heat wave is crashing over the Midwest today and it's going to be hotter than the hinges on the gates to Hades this week. I have to pick up prescriptions this a.m. before the heat and humidity get too bad, and just for the fun of it, I'm thinking a bag of Smart Food white cheddar-flavored popcorn would be nice for munching while I'm staying in the air conditioning...
