Lo, my Mother once told me she remembered sitting in a bowl on the table as her Mother washed her she did not have sink only a well in the room, her Mother had to scoop water from the well as the water was near the top. Good old days.

Wish I could get myself up and into the sink, but these days it's all I can do to get myself up or down the front steps. Love your verses.

There was a time when my sons, [both now in their Fifties]I often bathed in the sink for we were in a double decker bus made into our home and in a park.
