I have seen one shooting star in my life. I was a little kid. Too bad I did not think to make a wish. I did know about doing that back in the day.

Re: TAPS, that sounds amazing. We had stars, but none were shooting.

I am crossing my fingers that we will see them tonight. StarStarStar

It always seems so hazy here, but worth remembering,.

Good Morning

I love the thought of making a wish on a shooting star!

Sherri.....

.....The very first time I saw the Perseids Meteor Shower was years ago way up in the Colorado Mountains.  It was so spectacular in that setting I never forgot it.  I've seen them many times here in Kansas City but it has never been as fantastic as that first time.

We used to always be able to see shooting stars in the clear skies over South Australia when I was a kid.Of course one was taught to make a wish.
