We had that terrible storm over a week ago and driving around people are waiting for power still and for tree limbs to be picked up. We got off very lightly.

Good afternoon
Thank goodness you got your electricity back. It is wonderful how your family and your village work together as a team during a crisis. When we have bad storms I usually take my flashlight to bed with me, just in case of a power outage during the night. I'm not a huge fan of air conditioning, so that wouldn't bother me, but I do like a fan blowing. I also have a gas stove, so cooking something wouldn't be impossible, but not an easy task by candlelight. Enjoy your cool house and your day.
