That's not good. Falls are hard on a body. I'm so glad you lived to write about it and that you weren't seriously injured. I have had some nasty falls. A few of them resulted in injury. Holes in the ground are the worst. Be safe and let the younger brother walk through the landmines and other ankle busters. Younger bodies heal faster.

Worse than the fall itself is that sense of helplessness when we can't get ourselves up on our feet again. Lucky your Archie was there. Stay safe.

I am so sorry you had a fall. It isn't always the fall that hurts so much as the trying to get up. Take care love. Jim especially is in trouble if he goes down
