Good afternoon
You have a fun day planned. After you mentioned the movie Twister in a post a few days ago, we decided to watch it at the theater instead of waiting for it to be on Netflix. So, tomorrow we have a date planned to see it at the theater. We really liked the original, so we are excited about this one. John and I haven't been to a steak house in years. He really likes a T-bone or New York strip steak sizzled on the grill until it's well done, but restaurant chefs do not like to cook them to death, so I make it for him at home. By using butter, it keeps them from getting tough when cooked with an internal temperature of 155 to 160. Enjoy your day with your grandson. 🎬🍿
