Youth wants to be free. Heck, we all want to be free. It takes some time to adjust to being an adult in an adult world. But sometimes one just has to get out of Dodge.

Good Evening
When we are young, we think we know everything. Often, in your youth, you judge the entire world by your likes and dislikes, not to mention your own experiences. Then, as you mature, you find out that you didn't have a clue about what life is really about. Life is not just about you.

Good afternoon
Good luck to her with that attitude. Pushing everyone away is sure to give her plenty of life lessons on her journey to freedom.

She should be old enough at almost 18 to take care of herself, but I know how terribly immature I was at that age from being over protected by my parents, I wasn't allowed to go on a date until I was 17, nearly 18.

Good Afternoon
I understand the need to get away but sometimes that's not the best idea.
