- Go to This Very Unpredictable Life We Live
Another brilliant if sad Post. I still remember a few youngsters who died way back when we were teenagers. I am 79 now and have lived all this extra time. I have had a whole life and just when theirs was beginning, they were gone. Then some died in our fifties and some in our sixties, and the father of my Sons died the same time, within two weeks Of my Canadian. I sometimes ask God why am I still here but I don't feel he is reveling the reason to me.

It is good sometimes to realize how things change . It is a job to emphasize completely with all those suffering in wars and near home. I suppose the survival instinct is dominant. We can only try to be as helpful and kind, if possible. .

Re: Good Morning
You are so right. Prayer changes things. Please pray for me and my family, and I will pray for you and your family. I also pray daily.

Good morning
Life is unpredictable. As Goldiec said, we are fragile. Life can end in a second due to unforeseen circumstances. It is devastating to see so many tragic accidents involving young people that could be prevented. Natural disasters, addictions, bizarre diseases, war, texting while driving, and a myriad of other tragedies are causing thousands of deaths in our world regularly. I am no stranger to tragedy in my life. I lost a young father to suicide, and his parents died together in a house fire. You just never know when it is somebody's last day of living.

Good Morning
Life is fragile at best. This is why I pray in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Over the past few weeks, there have been so many heat-related deaths. In the past few years, we never dreamed that we would lose so many people from heat-related incidents. This morning I saw an article that a bridge has buckled from the heat. It's hard for me to imagine that. My heart goes out to the three young men who have lost their lives. I also pray for their families. Grief is a terrible thing and I hope they have the strength to go on. I keep thinking about the times I've driven through the desert. It was very hot then. Thankfully we had an excursion van with wonderful air conditioning. We carried coolers of water and drinks and never had a problem but now you take your life in your hands when you venture into the desert. I hope you have a wonderful day filled with blessings. If you ever need prayers let me know. I will say prayers for you. Prayer is powerful.
