I am a total fan of the 80s, especially the music. We are even having an 80s-themed birthday party this year for John and my 60th birthday in late October. I was, and always will be, a fan of the "Motown Sounds." The music from one small neighborhood of Detroit could never be found again. Virtually everyone who was part of the Motown revolution lived within eight blocks of one another.Â

Good morning
Cute raccoon. Good song. Motown record's founder Barry Gordy's son Kennedy wrote the paranoid pop classic song. According to Rolling Stone magazine, he recorded a demo of Somebody's Watching Me and took it to his dad to hear his thoughts. Barry Gordy quickly dismissed it as a bomb. One year later, Kennedy Gordy took on the name Rockwell, enlisted Michael Jackson and his brother Jermaine for background vocals, and turned the song into an international smash hit that more than 40 years later remains the perennial paranoia-rock anthem and Halloween mix go-t-song.
