Good Evening
Pat, my kids used to watch Sesame Street. They loved it. I can remember watching Romper Room and waiting to hear my name called. I hope you have a good evening.

We had Romper room in Sydney and when she was a wee little girl, my step granddaughter was a little guest on the show. her Mama was doing commercials and that helped her get onto the show. Now in her seventies, her mother, my step daughter is still singing with a live band.

Re: Re: Sherri G
Whew! Thank you. I thought I made it to the dog house.
I do remember watching Romper Room. The teacher would recite "romper, bomper, stomper, boo, tell me, tell me, tell me do." "Have all my friends had fun today?" I used to hope my name would get called, but Stephanie wasn't on her list of favorites. John and Mary seemed to be her favorites. Probably because they were two very popular names then. Have a wonderful day.

Re: Sherri G
As Miss Joan would say, Sherri is one of my favorite Do-Be's, who shares so many smiles with her friends on Blogit Boulevard. I screwed up. Her name was right there on the hand-written list, but I missed it when I typed the post.
So sorry.
