we had storms last night for about three hours, rain and even some hail and heaps of noise and lightning. Don't have to water anything today.

The weather is all over the map nowadays. We will learn to deal with it, I imagine, but the adaption period is a bit difficult.

Good afternoon
How fun! Filming brings in actors and it gives a boost to the city's economy, and it creates much-needed jobs. There is quite a bit of filming here in Pittsburgh, and when the production companies come to town, they post ads for extras, cleaning crews, and a gazillion other jobs needed to make a movie. It would probably be a lot of fun. 🎬

That is neat about the Superman film being filmed in your town. I remember when one of the Die Hards was filmed in Baltimore. People were very excited.
