I forgot to add that they come in a variety of colors. My favorite is the hot pink and purple Voodoo variety. The one in your photo is the White Eyes or Wind Chime variety. https://gardenerspath.com/plants/flowers/best-fuchsia-varieties/

Fuchsia I used to grow them as standards. One had to overwinter in the greenhouse.
