Pat, all I can say is that nothing is the way it used to be and nothing surprises me.

.....When I was very young, my dad was very strict on not calling anyone bad names. when I read your last sentence, it made me think of Dad. He would have come down really hard on me if I called anyone a "slimebag". Actually I'm glad that he did that.

Everything seems strange some how. Perhaps in time one will have to take a truth drug
then matters could be settled quickly. Example: 'Do you still love Me?'' No but I don't
want the hassle of moving.' 🌺🌺

.....Just right now, until the end of this month, I am too tired, too focused on getting settled, trying to find a place for everything to get caught up in the ugliness of politics. By the end of July, I will be another year older and ready to get into politics again if it is not too late by then. Politics is definitely not like I remember in my good old days.

There has to be somewhere that two people can relax and vent their opinions with each other without finding it in print or on some show. I agree with you.It is entrapment, smacks of loss of freedom of speech.

Good morning
You are on point on all accounts. Taping a person without their knowledge is a total invasion of privacy between two people having a private conversation. I'm pretty sure if the table was turned and it was them being taped and later exposed to the judgemental eye of the public they would have a nuclear meltdown.
