Yes Pat, we only have half an acre but it needs constant care. I have told my S.I.L to tell Archie's wife. One has to be cunning🌺🌺.

Yes one has to be practical when my brother moved into a new house he had white carpets
they still look pretty good ,but he is never there to make them grimy.🌷🌷

I am sorry you don't like the new carpet much we have new carpet from the front entrance through the front room etc. I don't like it much either but it won't show dirt.

Good morning
Hopefully, Archie listens to his body and gets treatment should he need it. It's great he has a brother and a wife who watch out for him. As for some rain, I would not mind having a full rain barrel once again. Be safe, and enjoy your day.
