.....Musing is good....especially if one is comfortable and has a very pleasant view....and not in a hurry to go somewhere.

I had two half grown baby crows at my feeder for a couple of days
I told them off, squirted them with a water spray and they have gone.

We don't see many vultures here, but the hawks soar on the thermals.
I also have a crochet project in the works but don't have the urge to work on it!

I haven't seen magpies around here, although I'm pretty sure they live in this area. They're loud and rude, but so pretty. There's a flock of turkey vultures in residence around town, and any time there's a bit of turbulence we can see them surfing on thermals and circling high overhead. Sat on the shady porch for an hour or so, crocheting a neck scarf as an
excuse to just sit and enjoy the moment. It's only about half finished, so hoping there will be another cool and shady interval tomorrow...
