certainly a good thought. Another one would be to bring back Police Clubs for young people where they can learn everything from contact sports under supervision to music, art, watching specially selected DVD's to social gatherings where problem solving can accur.

A Good idea Pat I would Vote you as President. Sadly in place of firearms we have knives. I suppose in time robot police will patrol and frighten the nasties to death.🌺
