I have made guac a few times lately, but end up throwing away half of it, since I can only eat so much and it does turn brown, even with the lime or lemon juice added. But I know it's good for us.

Good morning
Thanks for the tip. I will have to check the 911 series out later today. I bought avocados yesterday to make guacamole for our turkey BLTs. I am a fan of olive oil too. I use it both in cooking and as a dipping oil for dunking bread. For the dipping oil, I add herbs, spices, and parmesan cheese. Today is supposed to hit 60 degrees, so I can finally putz around in my yard later today. Enjoy your day.
