I miss my roasted lamb and lamb chops BBQed. I can't digest much beef although i used to enjoy. We went to the Australian "Outback Steakhouse," recently and Jim had a big steak while I had BBC shrimp. Lovely.

The good news about steakhouses is that they do indeed have alternatives to capture different markets.
