That is crazy. have you tried going to the back of the directions book, turned it upside down and found some of the back upside down pages are in English.

Good afternoon
How irritating that your instructions are unreadable. It was chilly here this morning, but we are headed back up to 60-degree weather by Monday. Hopefully, your appliance company will walk you through an easy process rather than being difficult as they normally are.
