Re: Pat
Yes Pat and the silly man who put them there used to ask me if I had any cracked eggs
he did not want to pay for the ordinary ones.🌺🌺

Re: Kabu
Well things have changed again , we did have relative time of harmony.
I do think the best times have gone. They did seem just ordinary and peaceful. 🌺🌺

Re: Good Evening Goldiec
Thank you dear, it does seem everything is always rising in price although our Government
says food prices are coming down. Hard to believe when those with employment  go to the food bank.

Good Evening
I hope Archie feels better. I'm praying for your sister-in-law. I hope life takes a good turn for everyone. We have issues with our mail too and on Saturdays we rarely get mail. It's so strange because we used to always get mail on the weekend. Our stamps are going up in price too. Our food is higher than ever no matter what the powers that be say. I hope you have a wonderful night. Stay warm.

The post office in America is not doing well either. The cost goes up to send a letter, and the service gets worse. On top of that, mail theft is a major problem.

Considering the alternative.....I like being old in spite of forgetfulness and being unsteady on my feet.

Sorry for your sister dear and that arm must have been very painful. Old age isn't for the faint hearted and I am beginning to understand the wisdom that allowed my Wendy to die young though her cancer was still a horrible death so perhaps I still don't understand why. I do know she would have hated being old.

A broken arm and a pacemaker installation all in one turn of the sun. As the old saying goes, it never rains but that it pours. Gold sovereigns behind a brick in the wall - now that's a nice turn. Maybe things will get cozy and boring again soon.
