I am so sorry about the Gout. painful miserable affliction. Sending you hugs. I can't eat chocolate but I can eat white chocolate and do. My hernia and reflux has me in a food straight jacket!

The first time I ever heard of Gout....
.....was as a teen reading "The House of the Seven Gables" by Nathaniel Hawthorne and I decided right then that I didn't ever want to have it.

Pain at night is a B-router. One just wishes to slide into oblivion and not feel the pain.
