Oh dear - Karen and both her sons suffer from gout. You are right, there are certain foods that seem to trigger it, and looks to be quite painful when it flares up. Take care - hope it settles down quickly!

Yesterday was pretty full what with church and afternoon nap and company for Superbowl. Sorry about your foot pain. Hope it goes away quickly so you can be out and about.
