FSI, I'm not in favor of the 2-step authentications. I really wish everything could be simpler but I understand the bad guys are trying to make it much more difficult for us.

No. They just get more clever. It upsets me. it makes my laptop and Phone too difficult for me to manage.I wish you lived closer.

I agree. If people wouldn't complicate things, we could all live our best lives without all of the added protection needed to keep them out of our accounts.
