Pat, I love Cheesecake too but we only have it for special occasions. Caeser is still trying to figure out which one he wants. I will let you know how the class goes.

I love cheesecake, but don't love all those calories, so when I buy a slice of it at the deli, I eat half of it when I get home. The other half in a day or so. Enjoy the writing class.
