I hope you have a wonderful day. While reading this post, I kept thinking about a blanket stitch I learned when making an apron in Junior high school. I think it's the only thing I remember. I wish I had learned to sew. I think it's wonderful that you are so creative.

Your work reads beautiful. I have a really terrible headache behind my eyes that developed last night. my cataracts I believe are growing faster now.
