We don't have wolves around town, but I used to hear them in the woods near my home when I was a teenager. With all this fog and rain, we won't be getting a peek at the full moon this month. I always look forward to seeing it. Perhaps it will still be bright in a few days when we're predicted to have warmer, drier weather. Stay cozy.

One of the things I miss most no longer living in the woods in The Ottawa Valley. The sound of the Wolves howling as they call their pack to the hunt at about 30..am in the morning. It will be silent outside with heavy snow laid down, and the Wolf howl will travel a long way across the silent dark. I am safe in my bed. safe and warm.
