How about this a friend of ours moved and did not get a proper check on the property.
They found the floors were chipboard and worse still the sewage arrangement was a small
tank in some one else's ground. A bit of a job to re-sell I would imagine. Keep warm.🌺🌺

Oh how I hated the outhouse, freezing in the winter, stunk to high heaven in the summer.....

Good afternoon
Live and learn. We just bought our first home in July of 2023. We have already learned so many new lessons and done so many upgrades that I can't even count. Roto-Rooter and the furnace guy were two of our first calls. It is freezing cold here today, and my woodland creatures are telling me about it. They are reminding me to keep their feeders stocked.

And for some reason we think of them as the good old days! I remember how cold it was to sit down in the outhouse on a snowy morning when I was a kid. One thing I'm thankful for these days is indoor plumbing. And kids who call to ask me if I need anything when they're on their way to the store in this weather...

I had to smile. Things happened to us as well when we were young and trying to run a property of thousands of acres and i had the babies. We had to leave it in the end, walk away and start again.
