Oh no! I try to avoid a mess in my microwave but sometimes it happens. We bought microwaveable small pans with lids and they really help keep the mess down and I'm thankful for that. I hope you found something good to eat. I hope you have a good day. Stay warm and enjoy your weekend.

Oops! That's one reason I have one of those lids to put over the food as it cooks. If things go pop! the goo sticks to the lid or cover, and that's easier to clean than the whole oven. I hope you found something yummy to make up for the kerfuffle.

Yep, but this time I was...
totally out of bread. Now I'm out of meat loaf, and totally out of hominy. Time to go shopping I think.

Oh, no! 
I hate it when that happens. I once had to clean up splattered chili from the microwave. Not fun. I'm sorry that this happened to you. As for the meatloaf, it is always better the next day. My hubby makes sandwiches with it. Hopefully, you have a backup plan for your dinner.
