Really good. I make a version of this recipe. It’s a favorite. I have added to it a can of kidney beans and diced chilis for a Mexican twist. When it’s nearly done I put the cheddar on top. Serve it with sides of black olives, sour cream, scallions, and salsa. Call it chili-mac . 👍
