L.A. is the king of encampments of the unhoused. It was cold here last night for our area and it is very sad to see. The mayor was trying to get them into hotels and shelters last night because there is a person loose who is killing them while they sleep. Now it happened in Vegas as well. Not good.

We have a lot of homeless camps in Baltimore. They are truly everywhere there. So sad it is.

A close friend was homeless for a time. He lived in a hospital in San Francisco. Nancy, the saddest part was that the hospital said that it was typical for homeless people to live there.

I cannot imagine what life is like living in tents. It does seem homeless people increase
the world over. We just have to grateful for our own situation. 🌺

The thought of a muddy little dog coming in from her morning ritual visit to the back yard is enough to take me back to the days when the kids were little and our muddy puppy brought souvenirs in from the back yard. One more reason moms are so busy...
