Good morning

I would add mushrooms to mine, and maybe like Goldiec, some peppers and green onions.

I grew up on g-uncle’s frittata. They were not anything like what we know here but I loved them. Mother didn’t enjoy him being in her kitchen during breakfast-cooking time, though. Today I like artichoke hearts, cheese, zucchini, tomato,avocado, mushroom - whatever is here - in mine. Mmm.

because of my stomach; Tomato, mushrooms and maybe something green but not green peppers. They don't like me anymore.Embarrassed smile

What Goldiec said.   This morning I had a tiny bit of flour in the old container and decided to try a cake of unleavened bread.  It actually turned out pretty good--flour and seeds and a little evoo, a little salt, and a little garlic powder and I cooked it on top of the stove in a cast iron skillet.  It was fun and it was actually good.

I'm a fan of onions, mushrooms, and green peppers and try to add them to most recipes.
