I always enjoy trying things a bit different once in a while. But I agree there is nothing like the older recipes that we grew up with.

Good afternoon
Coming from the south, this is one of my family's favorite side dishes. We use a lot of cheese in our macaroni & cheese along with a few other simple ingredients that make for a creamy interior and a crispy exterior.

An interesting recipe though I tend to like the more traditional ones. Thank you. The garlic is different but my mom put onion in hers and it was good.
